The information we ask for when processing your order, i.e. name, address and credit or debit card details are purely for the purpose of processing that order. We will not pass any of our customers information on to third parties.

There are several ways you can order from The Digicam Shop from our online store.

A) CREDIT / DEBIT CARD. We accept VISA, SWITCH, MASTERCARD, SOLO.
Our orders are processed by The Digicam Shop using a 100% secure service (128 bit encrypted). Please note that your Credit Card will be billed by our parent company Digital Paint. The Digicam Shop is a trading name of Digital Paint. Please note that for security reasons, we will only ship to the cardholder's address.

B) TELEPHONE ORDERS
We are happy to take your order over the telephone, our sales line is open during 9.30am to 6.30pm UK time.

Shipping within the UK
All Shipping to the UK is charged at £10. Where an item is in stock, delivery is normally next working day by courier. Where an item is out of stock, delivery is typically 3 to 5 working days, by courier.

We at The Digicam Shop respect the privacy of our customers. We collect information given through the online or in store ordering process or through email, fax or telephone enquiries.

Information Collection and Use

We request information from customers on our order form (like name and delivery address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). Any information you give us is held with the utmost care and security and will only be used for the purposes of completing your order. We do not disclose customers' information to third parties.

A contract will ONLY exist between you and The Digicam Shop for the purchase of any product(s) when and until The Digicam Shop accepts your order. This acceptance will be in the form of an e-mail postcard confirming the details of your order and a second email notifying you that your order has been despatched.

Only once The Digicam Shop has sent you the e-mail shall the contract be deemed complete (whether or not you receive the e-mail). Any such contract will be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom and will be enforced and interpreted in all respects in accordance with the Laws of England.
